DISTRICT 22 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMMITTE

Each year the committee compiles the District 22 Directory of Officers and Committees.

DATA COLLECTION TIME IS UPON US!
D/22 EXPECTS THAT EVERYONE WILL DO THEIR DUTY.
That's what comes of appointing an Englishman as chairman

Instructions for making the necessary data file are found in the following files. These are illustrated to make the job even easier than we hope that it is. I stand by to assist those that may encounter a problem as do my committee members. Email me using the Ch_ITCOM link at the page bottom.

The 2008 time period for data collection has expired. You won't need these files until 2009.

Download Squadron Instructions

Download D/22 Bridge Instructions

The files are zipped, Please provide the data in the format requested.

The directory is available in electronic form as a database for use with DB2000. The database may be downloaded from the link below. The file is encrypted and requires a password before it can be used. The password has been distributed to all squadron commanders and district bridge officers. Apply to them to get the password. You can also get the password from the "Ch_ITCOM" link at the bottom of the page. You must provide proof that you are a D/22 USPS member. Name, certificate number and squadron name.

04/30/08 Database >

Download "DB22D.dbe" into a temporary or download folder. Make sure that your version of DB2000 is 7.0.0 or higher. From the main screen select "File/District Directory Options/Install District Directory Database". In the resulting dialog, type in the password and click on "Start". When the finished message appears, close the dialog.  The directory database may now be selected with "File/Select Primary Database" and choosing "DB22D.mdb" from the file list.

IMPORTANT: A bug in DB2000 v version 8.0.4 requires that the downloaded file be in the My Documents\DB2000v3 folder

Download DB22D.dbe (612 KB. 2008 version)
